Northern Colorado Restoration uses Xactimate, the industry preferred software, to create estimates and final pricing for all jobs. All prices are approved by insurance companies and updated quarterly.

Xactimate allows for extensive detail in estimate preparation to provide an accurate assessment of costs, thereby minimizing and hopefully removing any unforeseen costs.

These detailed estimates are provided to insurance adjustors and to our customers. We strive to provide accurate estimates and clear communication during every stage of the restoration process.


*NCR utilizes a small trip charge when traveling beyond a 10-mile radius from Johnstown. However, if you decide to use our services, it will be completely waived.

**Mold estimates, because of their detailed nature, are fee based depending on the size.
